Muhammad Qeyas is the Founder and Executive Director of the Centre for Climate Awareness & Action (CCAA), a youth-led initiative promoting climate literacy, policy innovation, and sustainable community engagement across Pakistan. He holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) with a specialization in Climate Change from Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII), supported by a fully funded Government of Indonesia Scholarship (2023–2025).

Between 2021 and 2025, Qeyas worked in various analytical and research capacities at the Department of Soil and Water Conservation, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, including as Climate Policy and Resource Management Analyst, Climate Finance and Implementation Associate, and Data and Policy Support Intern. During this period, he contributed to climate-resilient infrastructure planning, adaptation finance, and policy development aimed at strengthening sustainable resource management.

Internationally recognized for his work on climate governance, industrial decarbonization, and sustainable development, Qeyas has presented research at regional and international forums and was awarded the Best Project Award (Asia Chapter, 2024) by ICESCO and the Climate Reality Project Indonesia. His current focus lies at the intersection of AI, environmental governance, and climate policy, advancing innovative approaches to sustainability across the Global South.
